Today, six Liberty University Engineering seniors presented their power electrical modeling & simulation project for the 2014 academic year. This team of student engineers has worked with TRAX since the fall of 2013 to create a live model of the power distribution system of Liberty’s central campus. The resulting simulation will improve each year as campus growth and changes are implemented into the models by future Capstone teams. The simulation will serve a dual purpose: it is a learning tool for students and will also become a dynamic tool for University Operations, giving the university a test platform of the campus electrical grid for growth and contingency planning.
Modeling & Simulation that solves tomorrow's challenges today.
